Use of Services

Counara provides consulting, tutoring, and creative services. You agree to use these services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Payments, Refunds & Packages

  • Payment: All payments must be made in full before service delivery.

  • Packages & Expiration: All package purchases (e.g., 3-Pack, 5-Pack) are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within 180 days (6 months) from the original date of purchase. Sessions not booked or used within this 180-day window will expire and are forfeited.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is strictly required to cancel or reschedule any session. Clients must use the dedicated Change/Cancel Appointment or Reschedule link provided in their confirmation and reminder emails to make adjustments within this time frame.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend (a "No-Show"), will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee or the deduction of one session from a package balance. No refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered once the 24-hour window has closed.

  • Rescheduling by Counara: Counara reserves the right to decline or cancel services if misuse or misconduct is detected. If Counara must cancel a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for that specific session.

Intellectual Property

All original deliverables — including strategies, written materials, visual designs, creative outputs, and consulting frameworks — produced by Counara remain the intellectual property of Counara OÜ unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights solely for the purpose outlined in the service agreement and may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the work without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Counara is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or materials. All advice is provided for informational purposes and should not replace legal, financial, or medical consultation.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
