No. All projects can be scoped and agreed entirely by email. If you prefer a call to discuss scope, that is available, but it is never required. Send a brief description of what you need to the relevant email address and a written scope will be sent back within 2 business days.

Timeline depends on scope and is agreed in writing before work begins. A standard accessibility audit for 10 to 12 pages typically takes 5 to 10 business days. A CI teardown typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. A research brief varies by sector complexity and is scoped individually.
What format are deliverables in?
All deliverables are structured written reports delivered as PDF or Word documents. Accessibility audit reports also include a structured issue table in a format your development team can work from directly.
Do you work with clients outside the EU?
Yes. All work is conducted remotely and asynchronously. Counara OÜ is registered in Estonia and works with clients internationally. The accessibility auditing service is particularly relevant to any organization selling products or services into the EU, regardless of where they are headquartered.
Can you guarantee my website will pass an EAA or WCAG audit after your report?
No. Audit reports are advisory tools. They identify issues, explain why they matter, and provide guidance on how to fix them. Implementing the fixes is your team's responsibility. The report cannot guarantee regulatory compliance or indemnify you against enforcement actions. What it does is give your team a clear, prioritized picture of what needs to change and why.
What languages do you work in?
Reports are delivered in English. For accessibility audits targeting Norwegian or Scandinavian markets, the audit process and client communication can be conducted in Norwegian as well as English.
